Fret Board Logic - lesson + Books 1 & 2 - Bill Edwards Page Three

I have yet to find a perfect guitar player reference book or lesson whatever the vintage. It needs to be special for me to recommend one.
I do recommend Fret board Logic SE, (special edition 1 & 2) as a really good reference book especially if you have a theory-lead guitar bee in your bonnet.

For Rhythm Guitar please see my menu selections under rhythm guitar. Hard target at least the book!! Grab the lesson too. You will thank me later!

Its got some great charts that show how the notes repeat themselves on the different strings. The most brilliant part of the book is where Bill explains all the different ways to teach the guitar while leaving the student lost in the forest with no hellhounds on their trail. Bill also designed a way cool Floyd Rose nut replacement. A snap tab that let you use the guitars own tuners on the head stock when, for example, you need to make bigger changes to the tension a lot easier. Its rather expensive at $125. But could come in quite handy.
